Down grade my package

I was disappointed that I could not change my package to fastest. My package for instant has not worked for me. The salon I ran at has 2 beds for instant. The 2nd bed has been out of service for over a month, leaving 1 bed available. Every time I go in the instant has a 15 - 20 wait time, instead of leaving and going back at a different time, which is ridiculous. I settled for fastest. I'm not getting my monies worth for what I paid for. The salon I go to needs to add a 3rd instant bed!!!! User's recommendation: Don't pay for a hears subscription, pay monthly so you have the choice to change package.
