Rented a car in Orlando. Returned a on day 7 instead of day 9. Lady told me I would get a refund. Hertz doubled my rate because I returned it early. Bill went from 650.00 to 1100.00. Called customer service and they said that would be the charge then HAVAY hung up on me after a 25 min wait to talk to her. User's recommendation: DONT USE.
