Airline tickets and Hotel were booked through Southwest Vacations and the total amount was paid by credit card before trip. When checked out of hotel the final bill read, total amt $0.00. Hotel billed then for over $800.00 next day after I checked out. I called SW Vacations customer care service 2 different times and was told that they would contact the hotel accounting and tell them to refund my credit card and bill SW Vacations as the $$ was paid to them. Nothing done yet or any further emails from them on this problem. I will never book with Southwest Vacations again. VERY POOR After Care customer services I am going to dispute this with my credit card company also as now I have paid twice for the same hotel charges!!! User's recommendation: Never book with Southwest vacations for hotels along with your flights. You will double pay for the hotel & get no help or resolutions for their customer services. I now have to fight this thru my credit card company!!!
