Double delivered

I was told in a letter that my subscription was about to expire. I didnt think it was but thats what the letter said. I called to renew and added my son at the same time. Then I got a delivery of the same magazine I had received days earlier. Im still not sure when my subscription started or ends but Im feeling ripped off
