When I ordered my parts the website stated 4-8 weeks for delivery. At 11 weeks I emailed them asking for an update and I was told it would ship asap and I would receive shipping info when it did. It has now been 16 weeks with no part. The seller refused to answer my email request for an update and when I filed a paypal dispute he emailed me stating he canceled the order and refused to refund my money. So, it is escalated to a claim. Long wait periods is one thing, and I was ok waiting longer than advertised. But refusing to answer my emails and canceling my order with out a refund? Terrible business practice. Please think twice before giving this guy any of your hard earned money,.
