On 20 Jan, I booked 1 tkt for Bohemian Rhapsody in Abbey Stadium, Cambridge, for tmrw night. Now, 2 email reminders indicate you charged me a 2nd time, taking money AGAIN from my bank account on 2 Feb, when I was in New Zealand! Obviously, I want a refund: this is theft! NO-ONE ANSWERS YOUR PHONE OR EMAIL COMPLAINTS, WHICH EXPLAINS YOUR APALLING ONLINE REVIEWS.
