Double billing
*SOLVED

I am being double billed on account #3942****. The amounts are 13.92 and 15.96. I called customer service last month and was told the 15.96 was in error and would be removed going forward this month. Last months billings were on 3/4 & 3/9 this month it happened on 4/27 & 4/29. My service should be digital and paper copy on Sunday only I was told this billing would be 13.96 which I accepted and willing to pay. I would like this matter resolved, in a timely manner, or I will be forced to cancel this subscription. Your cooperation in this matter is appreciated Thomas J Bienkowski
