Double billed & refusal to fix the service I paid for

I have been using an app called 2nd Line for a Wi-Fi number and I've been paying $10 a month for the last several months and I really had no complaint until now. They always send a "thank you for purchasing" text when they draft payment from my account with an indication of when my svc will renew AKA be drafted again. Well I got 2 of those texts this month. One on Feb 8 saying svc will renew Feb 9 and another on Feb 15 saying my svc svc will renew Feb 14. I emailed support asking them to check their records and I would be also checking mine about being double billed but meanwhile I was having to endure tons of ridiculous ads and would they please get that fixed since I obviously had paid for ad-free service. All this was happening while I was trying to plan my child's funeral. Well, they keep emailing me asking for emailed receipts that they have never sent since day 1 and once we clear that up they'll help me get rid of the ads. This hasn't been the week for me to want to do anything other than what is necessary to plan the worst day of my life by making numerous calls without having to deal with and close 30+ ads each and every time. But no they refuse to resolve my technical issue until I, again, produce a receipt I've never gotten and this has gone back and forth at least a dozen times. I just want what I paid for. I paid for ad-free service from 2/9- 3/9 regardless of possibility of being double billed for service from 2/14/ - 3/14. So the last email they even question whether I paid for any service this month. I am beyond exasperated! BUYER BEWARE!! I have been told that all billing errors are in favor of the developer of the app they'll be no refunds for coming too late to contact and expect Google to do anything on Google Play so I said fine keep the money just give me the service I paid for and they won't! They absolutely refuse until I produce a receipt I've never gotten! Why send the following messages to me unless they had gotten payment for their service. My experience tells me those are payment recvd generated messages best I can tell! And I have sent the same screenshot they keep asking for 3 times already but that's not good enough. They must see the emailed receipts I've never gotten. To me it makes total sense to message me on the number I paid for from them as I'm sure it does to most people with half a brain! User's recommendation: BUYER BEWARE! DOUBLE BILLING IN FAVOR OF APP DEVELOPER AND YOU WON'T GET SVC PAID FORE.
