Hi, Our front door only records if someone rings the doorbell, but not when there is motion. How can I change that so that I get recordings of everything? We have things taken from our porch and have no footage of it bc there is not record of the recordings. Finally, we have a camera in the back that hasn't worked in several months. We need it to work and would like to move it to a better place for that. Can I get someone to come out and do that for us? Thank you so much!
