Don’t use theses services Rude staff incompetent

Update by user Dec 19, 2019 Lost mail and packages 6 incidents in 4 months time. Staff admit to putting wrong mail in the mail box but don't show remorse. I asked to see improvement after the 2nd event, nothing improved it got worse. Patron for 7 years and due to lack of leadership and turnover the services have continued to deteriorate. See Yelp reviews for similar reports. Original review posted by user Dec 19, 2019 This Postal annex has the worst customer service, they do not represent the Postal Annex standard we have all known to be extraordinary and excellent. There has been a lot of staff turn over. The staff are constantly putting the wrong mail in the patrons boxes, packages and mail are lost and the sad part is when you ask to speak to a manager they are not willing to help and have attitude! They are rude especially Sara. I would not recommend this Postal Annex for business or service.
