I lost my card and my account was looted. I filed a dispute the day of and was advised to wait for a prioer dispute form to explain the incident. They advvised that a decision would not be made until receipt of these papers. Instead in the middle of Christmas GCC just blindly denied me and refused a return. Heartless creeps. If an investigation had been made Id been satisfied because I didnt commit any fraud and aby real investigation would have shown that. This is so unfair and deceptive.
