Don’t use

I placed an order with Spacetech toys on Jan. 5th Whatsmode got my payment of $23.98 on the same day I placed the order. I have still not received my package. When I check the status it said processing but it now says preparing. I have tried to get in touch with them but no response. You should never gotten paid until it was shipped.
