Don’t think dealer did recall

Got recall letter for 3 warning lights and letter said would take 1-2 hrs or more to complete repair. From time i got inside dealer til i picked up car, it was a total of 17 minutes. Lights now coming on and dealer wants $120 to diagnose! Seems fishy to me. Not first time i have been disappointed in this dealer. User's recommendation: My opinion, Don't go to killeen dealer.
