I am not real satisfied with Truegreen taking care of my weeds. I have called twice and they were suppose to call me back within 10 minutes in the respective order but no call back. Please have someone contact me and discuss my problem. Your complaint call in system is not adequate. If you don't have anyone man the phone, you should at least return a customers call, like you say you will. They said my wait would be 15 minutes and the first time I waited a 1/2 hour and no one answered me. The second time they said they would call me back, in the order I called in 15 minutes. Never happened.
