If I could give a -10 for this company I would but its not an option so I am giving them a one star so I can warn off possibly renters from this place. Lets begin a week before we moved in, I noticed there was small ants in the home, everywhere to be exact and asked it be taken care of prior to us moving in. Day of move in, nothing was done and wasn't taken care of almost 2 weeks after we moved in. So we had to eat out a lot because its really hard to have food and cook when they are EVERYWHERE in your kitchen. When they finally sent someone out, of course they went with the lowest bidder and the company they sent, well their chemicals didn't do nothing. So we had to finally cave in and hire Terminix that got rid of it within hours. Next a few weeks later we started to notice that our pool was leaking it took them several try's over a few months and here we are now 4 months later and still trying to get in contact with someone from the "local office", which by the way when you call their main number and speak to a representative, the main office has 2 weeks to contact you back so if its important you're screwed or dont expect them to actually contact you unless it has to deal with you owing them some monetary value of some sort. Also if your A/C or Heater goes out, dont expect anyone to make it a priority even though they say its an emergency order. My husband had to actually fix the problem. And when you sign your lease paperwork, DOUBLE CHECK IT because they will come back later with some bs even though you have proof its in your lease, I.e. my service animal they knew from day one and I have the lease agreement to prove it, well they tried to pull a fast one and say they didn't have it and I owed them 500 dollars which they dont charge for service animals but they said it was never in my lease and guess what it was!! If you can run fast from this rental company I promise you, you will be very upset, frustrated cause you cant get in touch with NO ONE FROM THE LOCAL OFFICE and also dont expect them to know ANYTHING about the house because you will have to figure that crap out on your own! ALSO I AM A CURRENT RENTER AND CANT WAIT UNTIL THIS LEASE IS UP!
