Dont not buy if you need customer service

i have been back and forth over 30 emails just on my end trying to get my Ender 3 Pro fixed. I bought a ender 3 pro and i came in a damaged box the build plate was bent/bowed, the zed access screw was bent and not allowing for a smooth up and down motion ( the higher the build plate went the more it got bound up) and the filament feed clamp is now worn just about through where the filament is feed into the stepper motor. I have asked nicely and I have been not so nice with the customer service reps that choose to respond. with that being said. on the web site it states that you will return emails for customer help within 24 hours. I have waited days for a response. When I get a response form them its always the same " we need pictures and or a video showing us whats wrong " .........I assume that English language doesn't work for them. I was really descriptive and sent the pictures that they asked for. with no luck i went out and bought the parts that your company should've fixed. and now the third one on the list is broken and just after 10 hours of printing different items. Just sending your company an email makes me very upset and how i have been taken advantage of. Now no one likes that and I mean no one. It is really hard for me to keep calm about this and how Creality has treated me. but i bet that anyone who has gottin the communications that i have gottin they would loose their minds. its really simple the three parts that are broken just replace them and get this fixed. get it off our plates. I just got an email and it states that they cant see whats going on in the video and that i need to send them not one but many videos to fix this issue..... ARE YOU *** KIDDING ME. is that how you treat people in the USA. is it a racial thing. what is it huh what did i do to be treated like this. for that matter i have sent in my last video to your customer service department. i hope that they will fix this. if not i will seek a lawyer that would love to fix this the right way.
