Wow, talk about a horror story, never ever have anything to do with WildBlue internet, they also call their self Excede or ViaSat, once they get you to sign up for auto draft, they steal your bank account by claiming extra charges and short of hiring an attorney, and going to court, you are out of luck, its all legal and there is no way out. nice $460 dollar lesson for us. And to make it worse, we can not even stop them from doing it again, all though we are no longer a customer, they can draft our bank account until *** freezes over unless we close it, which of course will be done, pass it on, WildBlue, Excede, or ViaSat, beware of crooks. wish I know where to post this where everyone in the world could see it.
