Dont have tracking number for an order

I got email from my tomtom account , offering £110 less for new tomtom Go Premium X navigator. After I ordered I couldn't get any confirmation email or tracking number. And £264.80 deducted from my account. I was trying to contact the customer care services. The complaints service generated automated questions only. No phone services available. How i can solve this issue please help me.
