Don’t have Cleverbridge charge you automatically for your Malwarebytes subscription

I just discovered that they have been charging me twice a year for my Malwarebytes subscription since I started my subscription in August of 2016. They charge me in August for 1 computer and in February each year they charge me for 2 computers. I only have 1 computer. There is no telephone number to get in touch with them. I just tried to send them my issue with the billing and my message didn't send and my message was wiped out. I don't know what to do but since it goes thru my credit card I guess I will contact my credit card company and let them handle it.
