On two occasions their customer service has not helped to ease our concerns. 1 We ordered something in December . They shipped it to the wrong address. The person representative on the phone said he would credit us for the shipping cost as well as the item cost when we reorder. We reordered and we were told they cannot credit for shipping cost. 2 We ordered socks for $22.00 as a gift . We returned them because the lady did not like them. We were given and $11 credit because our reason wasn't good enough.
