DON’T CARE ABOUT MY PROBLEM- WON’T HELP ME

I called about my bill that I paid For 1 year but had no magic jack service. I was told Payment was put on another device and they would have to active my device which I'm using now it was suppose to take 48-72 hours to switch. They told me escalations Dept would send me an e-mail well No email has been sent Plus My device is STILL NOT WORKING! PLEASE DO SOMETHING I'M REALLY GETTING PISSED.
