Listen up, folks! Wish I'd checked reviews before I ordered. (Stupidly) made 2 orders. Got the second order after a month but not before several emails on my part. Bad size, bad material, not at all as pictured. Getting the runaround from intermittent and rare email replies regarding how to return. In email: Customer service link doesn't work. Mentioned Resolution Dept but no link provided. Never received first order. Have a look: Dear Customer, 543******** Thanks for your email. It is possible to give your parcel to your home. It also may pick it up by yourself. That depends on your local postal delivery system. For more details, please confirm with your local post office.
