Don’t buy from Cardinale Way Acura Las Vegas, NV

Some years ago, we did business with your dealership and we were not very happy with you. I swore that Id never buy another vehicle from you again. But last year (after a long conversation with my wife) I decided to give you folks another chance. That was the worst thing I could have done. I would like to bring your attention to the unsatisfactory experiences we have had at your Dealerships Auto Repair Shop since purchasing my 2014 Acura car from Cardinale Way Acura Las Vegas last year. When purchasing this vehicle, I were assured it was in top notch condition with a warranty and worth the price we are paying for. However, we have had to repeatedly bring it in for various reasons for repairs that are under warranty, with the expectation that the repairs or replacement work was completed. For months we feel weve received nothing, but incomplete service done on our 2014 Acura. My wife has called your shop manager on a number of occasions informing him of her concerns. She has brought the car in only to have gotten it back, with assurances repairs were neither done, when in fact they were not working. Yet, just to be fair I had her bring it to Findlay Acura Dealership in Henderson, NV to their auto shop to look it over (not to repair anything), and heaven help me with all the unresolved issues this car has that they found, which should have addressed by your repair shop the first few times when they were reported. After checking out my vehicle, their shop representatives confirmed all the problems and provided me with a list of issues that should have been fixed or replaced entirely. I agreed. Im beginning to understand why everyone I know who has bought cars from you, feel more satisfied going to Findlay, instead of going back to you. It had been my understanding that if the car under warranty, all repairs should be done right the first time and I would like to request that you complete the agreed-upon repairs. It appears to me that your repair people either don't know their jobs, don't care or both and are in need of more training or fired. At this point, I am not inclined to recommend anyone of my friends, relatives, or co-workers to buy from Cardinale Way Acura. Thank you for your time and consideration.
