I purchased 30 appliances at Leon's in Dartmouth for some rental units. Every time I've had to call for service at King State it takes hours on hold 10 min.at a time and then call back again. After a few hours if you're lucky you'll get someone who barley speaks English and is willing to tell you whatever they feel will get you to hang up. It took 2.5 months to get a dryer serviced the last time I called. Been on the phone for 1.5 hours so far today on hold. My advice, when purchasing appliances ask about the warranty service provider. If they mention King State leave the store and shop elsewhere. The absolute worst service I've ever had.
