Don't order anything online...even if it says it's "in stock"...if you want it sooner than a week or more later! I couldn't believe when I went to the store to pick up my order and they had absolutely no idea what I was even talking about...despite the fact that I had my order number and confirmation email! "Call customer service," they said. Only then was I told about some secret little red flag that I should have known to HOVER OVER that would have told me I would have to wait an eternity to get the little backpack for my granddaughter. I'm DONE DONE DONE with Claire's. Beware!!!
