Don’t bother calling for information…they will lie to you

I went out of my way to call them this morning because I couldn't get a proper answer through their site. Person who answered phone told me to order today (because I needed this gift to arrive by July 7th). I believed her. Just a few minutes ago I got an email stating delivery would be tomorrow (6/28) which is unacceptable. I called and spoke to a Nabelah who claimed they could not stop the order. User's recommendation: Be very careful.
