My car was in an accident and because the damages were $6000 Carfax automatically reports structure damage. The lights were not damaged, no air bags went off ,and It didn't need an alignment. The collision shop and the Insurance estimator both say that rear floor pan damage is not frame or unibody damage, but Carfax will not change report. No dealer will touch my car as a trade in. Email complaints denied, no phone customer service!!!
