Purchased a pair of glasses from ClearlyContacts website and when my glasses arrived there was a huge crack! I contacted ClearlyContacts customer service right away and said that I can also provide pictures but they said they believe me and don't need pictures. They said that there was nothing they could do and said that I need to contact the shipping company! They literally said that they will do nothing to help! Save your money and don't order anything from this place.
