When I was trying to book my flight I tried to add checked luggage and I never could find that it took that addition. I was able to pick our seats but not checked luggage. Now it is going to cost us more at the airport. Also when looking at the booking it shows two departure times. I find your app difficult to use and in addition I do not like the language you choose to your consumer complaint sight. It appears to be unprofessional and a little childish.
