We spent 2.5 hours to receive this . My son wanted a simple Mexican flag which she showed them a picture of and his last name This is what they did and then did not want to provide a refund. They were extremely rude not just to us but to several other shoppers of color and non-English-speaking customers telling one guy that was asking politely in Spanish and in English for a gift receipt that they wont give it to him. Just save your money dont go there. User's recommendation: DO NOT SUPPORT LIDS.
