Had to wait for 5+ hours after pick up scheduled time to receive our Mt. Home, & then it had a flat tire, as my husband thumped the tires. They didn’t even have an available spare, had to remove another tire from another vehicle.Drawers & doors wouldn’t stay shut traveling down the highway, had to wedge them. hot water heater wouldn’t stay on, awning damaged, outside damage to vehicle. Check the windshield well as they will want to charge you for any damage.We had to go buy lawn chairs as the ones we were scheduled to use were broken.They promised to give us a late pick up refund, but claimed they don’t remember this problem or promise.We also applied for reimbursement of the supplies that was not included in our package we purchased.Get everything in WRITING before you leave their property.We didn’t leave with good feeling, will NEVER recommend or use these people.
