Sending your animal internationally is scary at best. Dog Gone Taxi does not have great quality control in place. Say they have people at each check point and that is not true. Told arrival in Italy would be 10/2/ 15 and arrived 10/1/15 causing many customs issues. DUE TO WHAT THEY SAY WAS A TYPO!!!! They also so say they need to take your dog for a vet check which you can do on your own. They also indicate they must "build" a crate for your animal. They use a plastic one you can purchase for much less on your own. Do not trust this service!!!
