The photostick did not work as describes, up to date computer could not read it, email to support was not answered, phone # directs me to email which I did try but got no response. I had read a review saying how good it was and either the reviewer lied or was paid by photostick or I was sent a faulty product. Either way service in non-existent. DO NOT BUY!!! User's recommendation: Do not buy this product!
