Update by user Jul 07, 2021 I keep getting auto response emails that someone will contact me in 24-48 hours. No one ever has. I call and I am told we will look into it and get back to you, no one ever does. This company is a joke. Original review posted by user Jul 07, 2021 They refunded some $, but then are not refunding the rest, stating that they issued it to a closed account. They don't answer phones or e-mails, just keep getting auto responses stating that someone will get back to me in 24-48 hours. No one ever does. This company is sketchy and I hope they are held accountable for THEFT! User's recommendation: Don't use these common thieves for a trip.
