Forgot to put an order in grub hub bag and dipping sauce for donuts, we waited an hour for. Wife spoke to women manager that ended up hanging up on her. Had to drive our selves back to restaurant for missing order, a male manager was ready to refund our whole order till the women manager came out said sorry third party not our responsibility. Sorry did not get names, the male manager said, yes we dropped the ball, we forgot to pack terr chicken, but again she gave us the chicken sandwich which is what was already owed, had to, wait longer, had to drive our selves down to pick up. poor management poor customer service 7708 W.
