Stay away from this company... Brian Champion AKA Champion Properties AKA Champion Building Services out of Dallas, GA. I have no idea how this guy conned his way into a contractor's license, but everybody that I talked to during the project and since it ended has said the same thing... he does not know what he is doing. Furthermore, after paying him over $40, 000 in cashier's checks, he did not pay the subcontractors and now the subcontractors are filing liens against my property. The subcontractors as well as myself are now filing claims against his insurance policy for property damage, personal injury, fraud, breach of contract, etc., etc. and have contacted the state of Georgia in order to have his license revoked.
