Documents upload problems
The people in the house before me had an extremely high amount they had to pay. And I have scheduled an installation for Friday the 12th (tomorrow), but I have to show documents of proof of residency and that the old people who were renting the house no longer live there. But when I try to upload it, it says that its unable to complete the service and to try again later. i've been trying for 3 days and it wont upload. Is there any way I can email it to you guys? Tds contact person said if it's not uploaded by Friday, they aren't able to come to my house for installation. I'm really needing Wi-Fi service for work, etc. Can we please figure this out ?
