Document was damaged and unuseable when received.

The document was shipped via UPS 2nd day air. It arrived and the package was damaged. It had been torn open and taped up. The documents inside had the upper right corner torn off which made the unusable for an official record. UPS was not helpful and advised that I order a new document as they could not, or would not, take any further action. User's recommendation: I would use your service again.
