Do you fly live animals in cargo

On hold for 45 minutes to find out a simple yes or no question about shipping dog in cargo from NYC to Mpls. In total it took me an additional 40 minutes of calling numbers from Google just to talk to someone who then put me in customer service *** Please someone call me back. I have not seen my wife or the puppy I rescued from an oncoming train in nearly two years User's recommendation: Recommend Delta and all business to hire more help for customer service to assure "customer service" is no longer an oxymoron.
