Do you fax for your account holders?
I was having the bank fax papers for on death claims and all sudden, I was told they dont do that. They have a job because I have my 2 checking and never had a problem. I have always been treated great and never had a problem. I did talk to new bank manager and he said he would talk to her. No more fax. I just want to know if this a company policy. Thank yo.
