after paying $200 extra for expedited service to be in time for the holidays, I did not receive my products until January. My instructions were ignored which held up my order when proofs were made. I spent several hundred dollars on gifts that I couldn't give on Christmas. If the instructions were followed, it wouldn't have taken so many proofs to get the descriptions right.
