Booked a three-day trip for later this year then noticed a problem with the outbound flight. I have been trying to modify the flight for two days now with no resolution. Yesterday the wait time was 4 hours. Seriously??! And don't bother contacting Southwest - they tell you 'it's a third-party company and we have nothing to do with them.' Pretty surprising since the first name of their company is 'Southwest'! Southwest Vacations offers callbacks and email assistance. I emailed them yesterday but still waiting for an answer. I would cancel the entire trip but nothing tells me exactly what I would lose. The language of the terms & conditions is so vague as to be interpreted in many ways, all to the detriment of the consumer. These businesses are obviously in need of some regulations to protect the unwary. Seen it in other postings here but for me it's NEVER AGAIN.
