I’m writing this review while sitting in the airport. My flight to Chicago was cancelled 21 hours of the scheduled flight. Southwest Vacation failed to notify me and I find out when I arrive at airport. I called Customer Service and can’t do nothing but blame the airlines. This has screwed up my vacation and they are doing nothing about it. I will never use Southwest Vactions again!!!! Please look elsewhere when booking your vacation.
