Do not understand why so many negative reviews

Before going to this bank I read dozens of reviews on different websites. There were many negative comments. So I had some doubts at first. But then I saw that all the other banks also have lots of complaints, so I decided to take the risk. Also two of my friends go to it and are quite happy with it. So today I went here and opened a deposit account. Sure I studied all the information about their rates and accounts on their website beforehand. Still a consultation from their teller was quite informative. There was only one person before me in the line, so I did not have to wait long. Opening an account took about 20 minutes. Rather quickly I expected to spend much more time there. I have not noticed any serious minuses so far, but it was a bit stuffy inside. And also there were too few chairs for customers waiting for their turn. So I had to stand on my feet until one of the chairs got free.

Probably because they spoil your credit rating for unknown reasons, refuse to increase your credit limit, and the like.
