My family and friends was on the Sapphire Cruise Ship, leaving from Singapore China Dec 18:2019, My daughter was assigned to room L223 with her auntie, Because of the strong smell of mold was not able to stay there, I had to change room with her, The reason for the smell is that condensation from the ceiling kept the carpet wet, Also out by the pool was the same problem, For (11) days there was a bucket to catch water dripping.down from the ceiling, To show our loyalty to Princess we have been on the following ships Regal (2). Emerald (1). Island (1) and now on the Sapphire, We were celebrating our (55) year wedding anniversary, This ship was very disappointing for us,, We are thinking seriously if we will cruise this year on a y of your ships. When we came home there was a review of Cruise ships and Princess was number (15) on the list, and Norwegian was number (1), Thank Ruth Jordan
