I was too naive and should have check this site prior to placing any orders with them. Essentially my order was cancelled. There were some frustrating email trail on advises regarding shipping and processing delay due to CNY HOWEVER I don't need to know that because I only need a refund. I was meant to get the refund and place new order (but now I know better; and lucky I didn't place new order as I was waiting for the refund). Here is the timeline of their advise regarding the refund (other advises were not summarised): 16/01/2020 - "...we will return the money to your original payment account in 3-5 working days, once the refund went through, you will receive a confirmation email..." 18/01/2020 - "...Sorry for that, we will return the money to your original payment account in 10-15" 20/01/2020 - "Sorry for that, we will return the money to your original payment account in 10-15 working days." In my recent email trail, I stated this "So exactly when will I receive the refund? You are extending the refund period every time you reply to my email. This is not acceptable - if you're going to give me the same advise, please also let me know your complaints process. I checked my account and whilst the cost is USD108.04, I have been charged AUD161.55! No refund received." Their reply to my email is "Please wait patiently, Thank you" ... That is the last straw and prompted me to search up on this company and found this site. SO FRUSTRATING!!!
