Do not putchase

Ordered the products FedEx was out for delivery, products never arrived. Reached out to the company took 5 days for a response have at least 10 email from different zen desk employees and no one can issue the products or a refund. Then I get email today sayin my ticket will be closed because I did not respond. Clearly this company has no backbone.
