I ordered the patch for grand daughter and never received it now I have asked for refund probally not getting that eather it is poorly run out of a basement I called to let them know that they charged me but I never got it the lady sounded elderly and told me she had to go to the basement to get on the computer I would never do that again and will never recommend them to any one it is a rip off
