Update by user Feb 02, 2019 After calling 25 times in one day, still no response. Finally the next day a representative suggested a refund ! I agreed and the same day they delivered the order after exactly 30 days of waiting. Believe it or not, they gave us 50 additional gallons at no cost. I still will never order from them in the future, very poor customer service. We almost ran out of fuel when temperatures were below 0 degrees, not worth risking your home. I contacted the BBB and the companies answer was they did not have enough drivers available ? NOT MY PROBLEM . Pay the extra money and order from a local, reliable company - we found one. Original review posted by user Jan 03, 2019 Placed an order on December 18th and was told 7 to 10 working days. Its January 4th, still no propane. Called 4 times each time transferred to another line, then had to leave a message. This will be the last order ever, they have had my money since December 18th. Will contact the president or CFO, no problem.
