Update by user Mar 03, 2020 Update: As of March 3, Customer Service, if you call it that, has hung up on me twice and sent me two Nastygrams via email. My credit card company has refunded my payment, so I am done dealing with Wildgame Innovations. Will never purchase another of their products either online or in the store, which is too bad because I have been using their cameras in my yard for years and have purchased several as gifts as well. Never again! Original review posted by user Jan 16, 2020 I ordered a camera on November 30,2019. As of January 16, 2020 I have not received it. I submitted the customer service form on their website twice and got no response. Just got off the phone with customer service. She refused to issue a refund or replacement and said it is no longer their responsibility. I am going to stop payment on my credit card, but will never order from this company again. Terrible customer service!
